Fairly certain of how this was all meant to be, the narrow framed boy took the beautiful girl by the hand and looked deeply into her eyes. A sigh of content escaped him as he gently kissed her delicate cheek and then her forehead as he held her closely and dearly. Happiness began to mass deep within him and began to pour out as it became too much to contain. An aura of happiness exuded from him, and she began to see just who he really was. Kissing him gently on the cheek they held hands in the rainy night for the duration of the long drive home. He now was evermore certain of the situation. He would not find rest for his weary head anywhere else, he would not find peace – nor contentment. Despite the obvious obstacles he would not waiver nor bow under the pressure, he would go onward resilient to all challenges now. Goal in sight and love in heart, he now saw the pathway illuminate before him. This is simply what we must do – thought the boy to himself. As the girl uncertain but also loving admitted she was not sure he took her hand in an attempt to cleanse her of all doubt. He watched some of the doubt immediately melt away as he gazed through her eyes. He knew the road ahead would be full of difficult things, but he would handle them all one at a time as he walked in love.
